I've been trying to get to grips with internal projects as we transition the business l've been working in but everything I've read to date has been short sighted and in the past. I've been pulling my hair out trying to understand how so many groups have been unable to evolve the concepts with many leaving a business transformation project without following through at which point things usually fall apart, or need massaging. This book provides the answers I've been searching for answering a lot of the questions while supporting information to on how to avoid a lot of the pitfalls in the first place. Highly recommend if your in this space to read this before starting off, or if your already in the process, get into this as it gives you great ideas and step-by-step guides in what to do, what not to do and what to avoid. Wish this had been around when we started!
