Change Management is the process, framework and method of managing change, taking the organisation through the change and embedding the change.
It involves assessing the organisation and impacted stakeholders’ readiness for change, understanding the impact of the change, putting in place change plans and actions, communication and stakeholder management and engagement to the change is understood, identifying, training and deploying change champions to help the impacted stakeholders through the change, that all knowledge transfers in implementation support and transition.
